DAVIS, Mrs. Rebecca Ann, 82, a resident of Highland Home, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018. Funeral services for Mrs. Davis will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, April 14, at Lapine Baptist Church with Brother Harold Russell officiating. Interment will follow in Sardis Cemetery with Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Sarah Clayton Morris. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Edward O. Davis; their son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Corinna Jo Davis; and her sister, Sue Morris Lindsey. Active pallbearers will be Lavon Davis, Buddy Mercer, Jon Wright, Rickey McElwain, Randy Boyd, and Howard Cochran. Craig Pouncey, Joseph Eiland, and Wally Lacey will serve as honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 10 - 11 AM.
