Rex Ervin Mcgough, Sr.

MCGOUGH, Mr. Rex Ervin, Sr., age 87, a resident of Greenville, AL died Tuesday, November 10, 2015. The family will receive friends at Turner Funeral Home in Luverne on the evening of Friday, November 13, 2015 from 5 – 7 PM with a private memorial service to be scheduled for a later date. Mr. McGough was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Howe McGough; one daughter, Lee Ann Lapsky; three sons, Robert McGough, Gary McGough, and David McGough; his great-grandson, Hunter Sexton; his parents, Robert and Vergie McGough; his sister, Elzora Smith; and brother, Ray McGough. He is survived by four children, Darlene (Dennis) Gibson, Kathy Davis, Peggy Kilburn, and Rex (Lorraine) McGough, Jr.; seventeen grandchildren; 27 ½ great-grandchildren; two sisters, Gracie Rowell and Shirley Ann Thomas; and a number of nieces and nephews.
