Rickie Lane Mosley

Mr. Rickie Lane Mosley, 61, a resident of Greenville, Alabama, passed away at Baptist Medical Center South on Thursday, December 2nd, 2021. Funeral services for Mr. Mosley will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, December 4th, from the Chapel of Turners Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Sherrer officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch East Cemetery with Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing.

Mr. Mosley absolutely loved working on cars. He not only worked as an automotive technician, but he also enjoyed rebuilding them in his free time. He thoroughly enjoyed any activity that allowed him to spend time outside, particularly fishing. He had an amazing sense of humor, and he loved to make people laugh, even during difficult times. More than anything, he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother who loved his family immensely. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, whom he adored. He was deeply loved by all of them and will be just as sorely missed by all of those who knew and loved him.

Mr. Mosley was preceded in death by his parents, George Winston & Laura Emily Buck Mosley, and his brother, Doug Mosley. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Jennifer Edwards Mosley; sons, Christopher Lane (Michelle) Mosley, Steven Jeffrey (Dana) Mosley, and Jonathan (Ashley) Mosley; grandchildren, Connor Mosley, Emily Mosley, Lauryn Mosley, Kinsley Mosley, and Landon Mount; siblings, Ann (James) Reeves, Rozi (Mark) Smith, Linda (Randy) Morrison, Jerry (Dora) Mosley, Robert (Lynell) Mosley, Joe (Renee) Mosley, Johnny Mack (Patricia) Mosley, and Larry (Rene) Mosley; sister-in-law, Debby Mosley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Active pallbearers will be Jerry Allen, T.J. Mosley, Jason Edwards, Chad Edwards, Jason Bowers, Mark Smith, Bryan Polk, and Connor Mosley. Honorary pallbearers will be his brothers, Jerry, Robert, Joe, Johnny Mack, and Larry Mosley.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 - 11 AM.
