Ronald Jack Phillips

PHILLIPS, Mr. Ronald Jack, age 58, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away on Friday, October 3, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 10AM on Monday, October 6, 2014 in the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Moses officiating.. Interment will follow in Ivy Creek Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his wife, Johnnie Ruth Phillips; his father, Robert Presley Phillips; and a brother, Robert Larry Phillips. He is survived by two children, Ronald David (Jessica) Phillips and Michelle (Jeffery) Jeffcoat; three grandchildren, David Lamar Phillips, Ariel Dawn Phillips, and Brandon Jeffcoat; his mother, Frances Phillips; and two brothers, J.A. Phillips and William K. Phillips. Active pallbearers will be David Phillips, J.A. Phillips, Chip T. Scheler, Michael Stephenson, Joe Johnson and Lomax Tomlin. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 9am until service time.
