Ronald Wilkerson

Mr. Ronald Wilkerson, 71, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away peacefully at Luverne Health & Rehabilitation on Friday, November 26th, 2021. A celebration of Mr. Wilkerson's life will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, November 28th, from the Chapel of Turners Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Duncan officiating and Turners Funeral Home of Luverne directing.

Mr. Wilkerson was a longtime employee at the Luverne Co-op for over 20 years, and he also worked a good bit at Petrey Wholesale. He loved spending time outdoors hunting deer or turkey as well as fishing. He was a very generous man with everyone that he knew and cared for. Above all, he was a proud and loving father and grandfather who loved his family tremendously. He will be sorely missed by all of them, but they will find comfort in a lifetime of cherished memories made together.

Mr. Wilkerson was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph & Annie Ruth Motes Wilkerson. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Ralph & Brittany Wilkerson, and his grandson, Logan Wilkerson.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1 - 2 PM.
