Ruby Janice Morris

Ruby Janice Wood Morris, 80, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, July 15th, 2022.

Ruby was a bold, creative, and audacious woman who lived her life on her own terms. She had a fabulous personal style, and she loved her family passionately.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Harold & Ruby Branum Wood, and brother, William Wayne Wood. She is survived by her loving daughters, Leigh Baranowski and Paige Timms; granddaughters, Courtney Leigh Timms & Allison Paige Baranowski; and great-grandchildren, Archer Ibrahim Montgomery, Emory Paige Montgomery, and Morgan Kathryn Cox; and her siblings, John Hillary (Betty) Wood and Linda Wood Golden.

A memorial service will be held at a later time.
