Ruth Cauthen Morgan

MORGAN, Mrs. Ruth Felsie, age 84, a resident of Laurel Hill, Florida, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 from the chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Walter Brewer and Rev. Jerry Hogwood officiating. Interment will follow in Rutledge Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Morgan was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Morgan; parents, Issom and Claudia Triplett; and seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her three children, Tonya (Duane) Thomas, Conrad (Helen) Cauthen, and Terry Cauthen; nine grandchildren, Amy (Trevor) Marshall, John (Sasha) Thomas, Andrew (Stacey) Thomas, Susie (Jay) McDaniel, Jaime Cauthen, Ashlee Cauthen, Lindsey Lucas, Jessica (Regis) Chobi, and Elizabeth (Charles) Foster; nine great-grandchildren and 2 sisters, Evelyn Eaves and Ruby Schoel. Active pallbearers will be Chris Taylor, Andy Tomlin, John Thomas, Andrew Thomas, Trevor Marshall, and Jay McDaniel. Jaime Cauthen will be an honorary pallbearer. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:30pm until service time.
