Stephanie Leigh Frazier, 48, a resident of Honoraville, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes in her home on Thursday, December 12th, 2024. A celebration of her life will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, December 14th, from the Chapel of Turners Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:30 to 3 PM.
Stephanie was a bright, happy, and active personality who could bend your ear for hours with all the latest news and funny stories she could come up with. She just had a gift for gab that endeared her to so many who met her so that she easily made friends wherever she went. Whether she considered it a blessing or a curse, her OCD ensured that she always had a spotless house! She not only kept a beautiful, showroom-ready home, but she could also whip up a storm in her kitchen. She always made delicious home-cooked meals for her family and friends, but her BBQ chicken and homemade mashed potatoes were always a particular favorite.
Stephanie also enjoyed riding along with her husband on his motorcycle, as well as attending various club meetings and events with him over the years. Truly, she was never happier than when she was spending time with her family and friends, but especially the precious grandchildren who called her "Granny." Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who meant the world to all those who knew and loved her and words cannot possibly grasp how much she will be missed by all those she leaves behind.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Koren Phillips & Clarence Cartwright; sisters, Julie Frazier, Tonya Campbell, and Tracey Knight; and grandparents, Willie & Georgia Frazier and Alberta Petty.
She is survived by her loving husband of 14 years, Kenny Wayne Owens; children, Kimberly Lindsey (Dennis Phillips), Shane Lindsey (Kimberly Shepler), Hunter Owens (Amber Touchard), and Hayley Owens (Devon Green); grandchildren, Alice Lindsey, S.J. Lindsey, Raelynn Johnson, River Johnson, Greyson Owens, and Emma Owens; father, William Frazier; siblings, William Earl Frazier (Christina Tyree) and Anna Stubbs; nieces, Tiffany Frazier, Samantha Frazier, Bertha Tyree, and Tabitha Pittman; nephews, Blake Frazier, Brandon Powell, and Derrick Pittman; and a host of other extended family members and friends.
