MEEK, Ms Teresa Kelley, 48, a resident of Lapine died Thursday September 11, 2014. Funeral services will be 11 am Monday September 15, 2014 at the Pintlala Methodist Church with Pastor Ruby Beck officiating. A private interment will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Ms Meek is preceded in death by her mother, Willa Dean Kelley; her sister, Peggy Diane Smith; and her brother, Joe Driver. She is survived by two children, Jamie Meek (Ricky Russell) and Donald James “ Bud” Meek, III; three grandchildren, Dalton Lane Russell, Kyrah Frances Meek, and Emersyn Meek; and a sister, Deborah Simpson. Family and friends will meet at the church on Monday at the service hour. In lieu of flowers the family requests that any memorial donations be made to the Pintlala Methodist Church, 351 Federal Road, Hope Hull, AL 36043.
