Terry Shelton Tidwell

Mr. Terry Shelton Tidwell, 55, a resident of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly in his home in Montgomery on Saturday, September 3rd, 2022.

Terry was always a quiet, reserved kind of man. The rare kind who could be perfectly comfortable with only his own company. He was very talented with his hands, and loved crafting homemade wooden items. Whenever he wasn't working with his hands, whether for pay or fun, he could often be found enjoying NASCAR races and Alabama football. He also shared his home, and his heart, with a beloved feline companion, "Miss Kitty." Above all, he was a loving son, brother, and uncle who will be missed sorely by all those who knew and loved him.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy Shelton & Easter Davis Tidwell, and his grandparents. He is survived by his siblings, David Tidwell and Denise (Tim) Tidwell; nephews, Wyatt Parten & Gage Parten; and niece, Breanna Stewart.

The family will hold a memorial service for Terry at a later time.
