Thelma Spurlock Holley

HOLLEY, Mrs. Thelma Spurlock, 72, a resident of Luverne died Monday April 25, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Friday, April 29, from the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Tate Cartee and Rev. Mike Moses officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Holley is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Jewel Price Spurlock and three sisters, Mary Gladys Wilson, Eloise Little, and Carolyn Rushing. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Harry S. Holley, three children, Cindy (David) Lester, Stanley (Dawn) Holley, and Todd (Samantha Strops) Holley, six grandchildren, Blake (Hannah) Holley, Paige (Justin) Ray, Levi Holley, Emily Holley, Kaleigh Holley, and Madilyn Jones; seven great grandchildren, sister, Betty (C.J.) Faulk, and two brothers, Charles Spurlock and Bobby Spurlock. Active pallbearers will be Tim Faulk, Cory McElwain, Tory McElwain, Justin Ray, Randy Rushing, Jason Rushing, Blake Holley, and Levi Holley. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 - 8pm.
