MOTHERSHED, Mrs. Virginia Butts, 66, a resident of Highland Home died Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Funeral services will be 11 am Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Malcolm Butts officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion “ The Lodge “ Cemetery, Honoraville, AL with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mrs. Mothershed is preceded in death by her parents, M.W. and Corinne Spivey Butts; a sister, Helen Sue Stinson; and a brother, Paul Butts. Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Glen Mothershed; two daughters, Jennifer (Emmett) Hall and Vickie (Dane) Watkins; two grandchildren, Savannah Tillery and Zach Hall; and a brother, Edwin (Linda) Butts. The family will receive friends at the funeral home of Saturday from 9:30 am until service time.
