Wayne Tompkins

TOMPKINS, Mr. Wayne Norris, 64, a resident of Enterprise, AL died Thursday, November 6, 2014. Graveside funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 2 PM in Brantley Cemetery with Rev. Johnny Bryant officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Tompkins was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly Tompkins, and his parents, W D “Buck” and Louise Godwin Tompkins. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Linda Weed Tompkins; two children, Marc (Amanda) Tompkins and Charlene (John) Pollette; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and three brothers, Brian (Shirley) Tompkins, Neal Tompkins, and Frank (Lisa) Tompkins. Active pallbearers will be Brian Tompkins, Neal Tompkins, Frank Tompkins, Josh Tompkins, Ricky Weed, and Shon Searcy. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 12:30 – 1:30 pm.
