Willard Delwin Horn

HORN, Mr. Willard Delwin, 84, a resident of Luverne, Alabama, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2015. Graveside services will be held at 2:30pm on Monday, June 8, 2015 in Rose Hill Cemetery with Rev. Clay Crum officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Horn was preceded in death by his father, Ray Horn; his mother, Elizabeth Franklin Horn; stepmother, Guyneese Clements Horn; and two sisters, Dinah Ray Hudson and Genevieve Weaver. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Martha Nash Horn; two sons, Stanley Franklin Horn and Willie Ray (Teresa) Horn; and his sister, Becky Horn (Danny) Rogers. Active pallbearers will be Brian Shirley, Lee Daughtery, Steve McGinnis, Wade Weaver, Danny Rogers, and Elton Smith. Mr. Horn was a long time deacon with the Luverne First Baptist Church, and his family requests that any memorial donations be made to either the Luverne First Baptist Church or one’s favorite charity. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 12:30-1:30pm.
