PICARDY, Mr. William David,57, a resident of Luverne died suddenly Monday, June 5, 2017. Memorial services will be scheduled by his family at a later date. Survivors include his ex-wife, Terry Shirley Picardy, step-daughter, Angelia Mitchell , granddaughter, Dakota Rhodes, and numerous other relatives and friends.
