Willie Anthony Heartsill

HEARTSILL, Mr. Willie A., 76, a resident of Honoraville, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, March 18, 2016 in Spring Creek Cemetery with Rev. Danny Dean officiating and Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Heartsill was born on May 13, 1939 in Butler County. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Annie Lee Daniel Heartsill. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Shirley Ammons Heartsill, daughter, Gwen (Val) Smith, two sisters, Betty Jo Yawn and Evelyn (Leo) Little, stepdaughter, Glenda (Randy) Horne, two stepsons, Terry (Allison) Harris, and Tracy (Shayne) Harris, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers will be Joe Davis, Teddy Little, Joe Muschara, Ty Majors, Jeff Norris, and Garrett Little. The family will receive friends at the on Friday from 12 – 1pm at the church.
