LESLIE, Mr. Woodrow Wilson, 73, a resident of Highland Home died Sunday March 24, 2013. Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the Chapel of Turner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing. Mr. Leslie is preceded in death by his parents, A.J. and Annie Mae Leslie; father-in-law, Eldred Thomas; and a step-son, Larry Posey. Survivors include his wife, Mattie Thomas Posey-Leslie; five children, Kimberly (Ralph) Patten, Kerri (Jeh) Pruitt, Kris Leslie, Darren (Rae) Leslie, and Tonya Leslie; step-daughter, Vicky Posey Register; eight grandchildren; sister, Lois Simmons; and a brother, Andrew Leslie. Active pallbearers will be Danny Register, Roger Beckham, John Thomas, Cedric McKenzie, Eric Bagents, and George Poole. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 am until service time.
